Prescription forms can seem like a foriegn language to the casual observer but here at Budgetspex we handle them everyday, so don't worry if you cannot understand your's.

We will enter the prescription for you, you will then be able to just logon and order spectacles whenever you wish.

1. Your Email Address.
2. Your preferred password.
3. Your prescription
4. Your pupillary distance if you know it. see how to measure it here you can of course measure your Pd later using the Click and Measure system you can read about it here

Please make a point of telling us the date that your eyes were tested.

Please note that you must be at least sixteen years of age and not registered blind or partially sighted, and your prescription must be less than two years old.

If you cannot get to the phone during the working week, email me with the above details and if possible a scanned image of your prescription form.
