The measurements don't change, but each person that measures you will most likely obtain a slightly different figure, because the pupil size changes with the amount of light it has to deal with, and the eyes always move a little, with a live patient. It is also possible that you may be holding the card slightly forward of your chin, the card must be the same distance from the camera as your eyes for the calibration to work correctly, or the distance between your calibration dots are not accurate.
