That if you are not delighted, we'll give you a full refund for the basic cost. **

** This is the cost of the frame glazed with basic 1.5index Cr39 plastic lenses.

I'm sorry but the cost of any upgrade options can not be covered by our guarantee.

We suggest you try the glasses without upgrade first and If you are happy with the frame and prescription return them for upgrading.

We will only charge you the difference.

If the glasses you chose are unsuitable because :


	You don’t like the design
	You don’t like the colour
	They are too big or too small
	You can’t see as well as you expected
	You can buy them cheaper elsewhere

Within twenty one days of the post mark and we will give you a full refund of the frame and standard single vision lens price.

Or if you wish, exchange them for another model, single vision standard lenses only **

Breakages

If your glasses frame breaks within twelve months of purchase we will replace them with the same model and colour if still available.
If the frame becomes discontinued within this period and cannot be replaced like for like a mutually acceptable alternative will be supplied.

I'm sorry but we accept no liability for lenses breaking due to accident or incorrect handling.
