All prescription glasses ordered from us online come with a hard protective spectacle case and a small lens cleaning cloth.
Although most orders are dispatched within 72 hours, some lenses such as Bifocals, Varifocals and Tinted lenses that also require Antireflection coatings take a little longer.
When you make an order from our website you will receive two separate verification emails within a few minutes of the transaction.
The first email will show the details of your order, please check it carefully and if an error has occured contact us by email as soon as humanly possible because in some cases the specs will be processed within an hour of ordering.
The second email will be a verification email from either Sagepay or Paypal.
If you choose Paypal as your preferred payment option but experience problems completing the transaction due to difficulties with your Paypal account, please email us with a daytime contact number, we will then contact you and makansitions Optical, Inc.
