EVA ® Filter Lens technology was invented by Dr. Wertheim , a Visual Research Scientist and Optometrist who has studied for more than thirty years reading and visual enhancement

UV 400 VERY PALE STRAW COLOUR BARELY VISIBLE

UV 400 filter tint is almost clear and will help prevent cataracts, macular and corneal edema and senile macular degeneration due to ultraviolet light .There is mounting documented evidence that UV-B is the most harmful UV wavelength to the eye. UV-A at 315-380nm is the lowest energy level, although it still carries potential harm to the eye.
Cr39 lenses tinted with UV 400 filter tints block both UV-A and UV-b up to this level
